5. Service Conditions
5.1. Customer Responsibility
You must ensure that the location where the Service will be provided is accessible, safe, and meets the required space and environmental conditions (e.g., flat surface, shelter if needed). Failure to meet these conditions may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment, with potential fees applied.
5.2. Vehicle Condition
You must ensure the wheels are free from excessive dirt, mud, or grease before we commence the Service. Failure to do so may result in additional charges for cleaning.
5.3. Limitations
While we strive to provide the highest quality refurbishment, some damage (e.g., cracks, deep scuffs) may not be fully repairable, and the wheel’s structure may remain compromised. We will inform you if any wheel is deemed unrepairable or if safety concerns arise.
